In the original comic books of Osamu Tezuka's 'Astro Boy', the superhero robot boy needed to be oiled regularly. Why have him drink the oil when you can show his mother pumping it into his ass? This became a regular feature of the story.


Also, Astro Boy had a whole arsenal of weapons to fight evil. The majority of these weapons were, you guessed it, inside his ass.


These things were all changed for the movie version in 2009. Astro Boy was also shown fully-clothed despite his famous look having him wearing nothing but briefs.
