The thing most experts attack about Barbie is her out of proportion body, saying it puts an unrealistic view of what the female body should look like in young girl's heads. One expert went so far as to say that the Barbie doll's body is so out of proportion to a real woman that, if she were real, she wouldn't be able to walk and would have to crawl. This was mainly due to her larger upper-half compared to her slim waist and tiny feet.
